This is an iconic development near Alexandra called The Interlace. I really like the design, and the whole concept of it. Based on the artist impression, the whole place is surrounded by greenery and where it is located, it should be a pretty tranquil. The size of each apartment is also generally bigger than the other condo units too. But whilst I mention about the supposedly tranquility, this entire development has over 1700 units, so its like a village on its own. So not sure how serene it would be really once developed and people start to move in.No, I can't afford. I'm just intrigued by the design. Something different from the run of the mill condos that pepper our island.
