Last night while busy drafting the minutes of meeting for the charity run discussion, i kicked on something and my entire big toe nail on my right feet came off, hanging precariously on the nail bed. I was flabbergasted and at the same time intrigued by the sight. Too bad I was tooo zonk out to think about taking a picture of that hanging toenail. (aiya!) After sniping off the big nail with a nail clipper, I'm now proud to say I have 2 nail-less toes on my right feet. Suspect the big toenail on my left feet will be falling off soon ... will keep anyone interested in such mundane matters posted. LOL

ha ha ... the bane of many long distance runners - the blue/black/absent toenails ;p Thanks KJ for sharing your personal harrowing experience! Only in a running forum will you find people so comfortable about what would probably make the average person quesy :D
wah, first time i get to correct lokun's spelling leh. Its queasy and not quesy haha ... must be the late nights, or the growing of age ? hahaha kidding lokun! U still our FR King and Englando super-power *2 thumbs up*
Gosh! i have black toe nails and bleeding toe nails and never have one that really fall off before
