I'm totally OD on all the financial jargons .... leverage, options, warrant, hedge, long, short, call, put, what the $#(*)@(&$^* ... I have absolutely no idea what is going on and I just feel absolutely STUPID that

No wonder I can't be a banker/portfolio manager etc.....
