Super Slow Run!!!
Felt tired and breathless just after a few steps .... I just decided to slow down considerably and do a super slow jog. By the time I hit Queenstown, I had decided not to do my usual Tues route and go for the easier Thurs route.
Thankfully I felt much better with the slow run and decided to lengthen my distance a little.
Don't think I did 13km as indicated in the map ... prolly didn't map correctly.
Anyway, should be able 11+km 1hrs 24mins.
