AMMJazzy

I been eating and not exercising. So naturally, I'm just growing horizontally and looking more pregnant than ever.

Wanted to call myself a whale but someone has already claimed that title (although she does not fit that bill lor, but well, dun like to fight with people for things, I friendly mah wat to do :P). Anyway, recalled recently about this article in the papers about this super humungous ship liner that is able to transport dunno how many tonnes of goods (a few hundred containers) and this liner just delivered tonnes of goods to Britain in time for Xmas.... and this liner is from Maersk

So. ... decided to call myself AhMaMaerskJazzy to fully explain how I feel right now ....

Seriously, walking is a very good exercise, which is often not given enough credit. You'll be surprised how much of a workout you can actually get from jalan-ing - just imagine that it is shopping and looking for POJs! haha.. :)

It has been some time since you got the pain? If you have not been running, it should have recovered by now. Are you icing it everyday? Suggest you go see a doctor and get a xray done to discount other reasons. Meanwhile, you should continue with other non-impact exercises - swimming, cycling, yoga etc to maintain your fitness and also to absorb all the calories that you are digesting and not burning:)

Not religiously icing it. As and when I remember :P which is once every couple of days hehe
I've seen a doc and gotten an xray & ultrasound done. Xray shows some (fractures that are recovering?) at the shin. Nothing shown with ultrasound.

Will do more walking. Dunno how to cycle nor swim :P oops!

Go to a gym and do stationery cycling. Also, can do some light weights especially for the legs. But make sure no pain. Got pain must stop.

Otherwise sure balloon into a whale:)
