Me been trying very very hard to break a bad habit .... 5 days already and counting ... wish me luck!
Read somewhere that it takes 21 days for a habit to be formed. I suppose that applies to forming a good habit ?
How do you break a bad habit ? Any suggestions will be welcome :)

Heard this saying... HABIT is very hard to break!!! U take away the "H" you still have abit... take away the "A" you still left w BIT of it... take away the "B" . "IT" is still there!!! haha. Joke lah.
AS long as u r determined... I am sure u will be able to kick it off...
