Was contemplating whether to run .... alarm rang and several times I just turned it off. Too tired. Legs weren't feeling too great.
Anyway, managed to run since I finally woke up and couldn't go back to sleep.
The lethargy today really wrecked my run, was struggling throughout ...
Cut short the run by 2km I think ... total distance covered should be 9km 1hr 3mins.
I shall rest ... no long runs this weekend.
