Tues Run

I'm such a slacker lately ... and nowadays i have developed this habit of oversleeping!!! Argh!!!! Ok in a way its a good sign since I had some sleeping probs previously.  At least now I can sleep a bit more, catch up for lost time wahaha

Anyway, so I overslept again on Tues and so could only manage a short run.

Did the shorter & easier Thurs route.  Had to cut short the route so that I could be in time at the gym.

Total distance should be about 9+km.  Sadly the run was slower than usual and it took me about 1hrs 5mins to finish.

Let's hope I dun oversleep tmr!
