Arranged to meet Divey for lunch today, so that we gals can go check out the MJK (Mee Jiang Kueh) at Boon Tatt Street and then to change currency to Ringgit to pay IMD for the Pacesetters 30Km run next year at KL as well as to check out the Oakley store (since we did not manage to shop for our shades last Sat).
Jio-ed Charlotte for lunch too and she agreed. So we 3 gals met up and bought the MJK as our lunch, happily munching away while we head to the Change Alley to change $$. Its pretty nice just munching on my MJK and walking leisurely past Lau Pa Sat, almost feel like i'm not working! :P The MJK however is disappointing. Its bland ... *shake head* ... so we gals started a conversation about where has good MJK, what kind of MJK we like etc ... wahaha
Changed RM$250 for tonite and then we just walked aimlessly around. Lots of counters set up selling mooncakes. Soon it was time to head back and we walked Charlotte back to her office before Divey and I strolled back to our respective offices, stopping at the Bitez cafe in CPF Building to check out the salads that they sell there - that will be our next makan hideout :)
.... and sadly though, we still didn't manage to shop for our shades ....
