3 days and counting

I'm still resting .... no run at all today. boo hoo

I went for a bodypump class on Thur morning after 2 days of rest and alas! I woke up with aches and pains on my legs and buttocks and arms on Fri! So back to rest and no activities since Thurs. Til now my legs are still in pain. I'm not sure why. Its not that I loaded up on the weights for pump and its not that I'm new to pump. So I'm really baffled why just 2 days of rest could do so much difference to my body such that I feel the ache all over.

The pain is worst each time I move from a stationary position. Ouch! Almost limping sometimes!! This is so not right :( Hope this is just DOMS and hope I recover from it real soon!!

I was only glad it wasn't anything serious when I dash for the bus just now and realised I could still run without pain *WHEW* :P Not sure how long I still need to rest to get back to my usual can-exercise state.

Til then ... the slack / rest continues ... Ok, I'll consider this as RECOVERY :P
