Hmmm ... not sure why but today's run turned out much much slower.
No excuses really ... Weather conditions were favourable. The sun wasn't out in full force, and it was cooling for the entire run, there weren't any traffic stops, so I'm baffled as to why the time clocked is 12 mins longer than the previous run.
Ah well ... heck.
20km, 2hrs 20mins.

Whoa u increasing your mileage very drastically. If you are not doing any long race, there isn't really any need for you to do such long runs. Take care and don't rush. U don't want your injuries to come back.

Drastic ? I thought I've been increasing very gradually, with at most 2km increments per week. Sticking quite closely to 10% increments weekly.
But thanks for the advice. Yup, will not rush. In fact gonna be taking a long break soon! :)
