Sun Run

My runs are getting very routine and I find it a challenge just to come up with a title each time. *yawn*
So from now I'll just use the same title <day of week> Run. haha ....

Same route, just a longer route.

17km 2hr 2mins.

I forced myself to run with water so it took a little getting used to, especially the first few km with the heavy bottle got to me somewhat. But the water sure provided the much needed reprieve as the sun was really hot and the occassional sips were a God-sent. At least I need not suffer from "hallucinations" about grabbing people's water hehe

I regretted not running with my glasses as it was really hot and sunny. Thankfully the last 2 km was well shaded and cool and gave me the strength to finish the run.

Its been a while since I feel the sng-ness in my kahs after a run. Must stretch more.

Now its time to chill and kiao kah :P

I may stick to this distance for a while .... must let me kahs get used to this distance ...

Sounds like a good and steady run :) Remember to drop the mileage a bit after about 2 - 3 weeks of gradual increases, so as to give extra time for the body to get used to the extra effort. Well done! :D

Legs aren't holding up well, so will have to rest for now ...
