Anyway, woke up at 5 and decided to just head out for a run as usual. Chase the virus away.
I was worried about the breathlessness and so told myself to take ... it ... S.L.O.W .....
So the run was more enjoyable. Definitely slower but at least I could better enjoy the run. Even managed to cover a slightly longer distance that what I did last week.
And I even ran with my Asics Cumulus! Been a long while since I ran with it. Thankfully this time it felt alright. Not as uncomfy as before.
Total distance should be close to 10km 1hrs 8mins.
Slow but good run! I'm glad.
