Charity Fund Raising Event - On track!

After weeks of discussions, finding and determining the appropriate charity organisation to support, talking to SSC etc. , we finally got SSC's in-principle approval to organise the charity fund raising drive!!!

Hi XXX,

Thank you for your support of the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2006 (SCSM06) Good to have spoken to you today. We have noted your request to run and raise funds through the SCSM06.

In principle, you have the approval to raise funds for the HWA (your proposed beneficiary). Please note that you will have to follow-up to provide FULL details of all activities that you will be doing!

In the ensuing months, a few of us sgrunners will be appealing to all you runners out there to help raise funds for Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA). Fund raising details are still being worked out, so watch this space! Just pls make sure you support our charity fund raising yah :)
