Flu Flu Shoooo!!!

Yup, had to miss my fav CBD run last night due to feeling under the weather. Was hoping to brave it and go for the run but by evening I felt like I was having a fever, so thought i shouldn't risk it. Instead went home early and was in bed before 9.

Can feel the onset of flu now .... the usual symptoms ... SHIT!!!!!! With just a few days to AHM and my very FIRST AHM and now I'm feeling flu-ish :( and with flu it always take me 2 weeks to recover (yah, i feel damn weak, y always sick ah?!?!?) I'm just so ..... arghhhhhh *pull hair*

anyway, go and see a doc and rest well for these few days

drink lots of water...take lots of Manuka honey neat, vitamin C too...rest till race day... u won't miss any of the training runs at all... tapering week anyway...

Hey KJ, rest as much as you can these few days. Like DR said, this is tapering week after all :) Resting early will give you the best chance of recovering in time for the AHM. Hang in there! :P

Yup, me slept early too (9+pm) and drinking lots of water, vit c, will try honey neat & chrysanthemum later too.

Crossing my fingers, arms, legs, hair, eyes and whatever else that I can cross to hope tat i'm well enough soon! :)
